Americans are way too intelligent to let these warnings simply pass. The reasons to do things in this way has to be that 'they know', that is, they created these crafts, as Erbschloe said in his e-book.

Normal would be sending crafts with weapons that were ready to put the UFOs down if necessary. They don't do that, then they 'know'...
As another point, it is not normal brainwashing the population with nice images of ETs unless you are sure they are not here to harm in ways that are unwanted.
The cute ET-phone-home thing, from Steven Spielberg, just means that, since the WWII, which is around the time they started serious experimentation with building UFOs in the USA, according to Erbschloe, humans are being used for some purpose, say illegal or extra official research, as some described (abductions, injections, taking samples and so on).
In normal research, the individual has to consent but it may happen that they have some characteristic that is unique for us, experiments need to be run and so on.
Some abducted individuals report having been left in confusion on the streets after the supposed abduction by aliens.
The same sensation had the poor man in Brazil whose body was taken for illegal surgery, so that his eye could be implanted in a wealthy person who waited at the hospital.
That case was published by the Brazilian press. Again, Rio de Janeiro...
The fact that both victims feel in the same way tells me that perhaps the abducted individual suffered the same sort of trauma, so say they extracted a kidney for illegal transplant, but this one cannot prove anything and will still go happily throughout the rest of their life: I saw aliens!
Perhaps a wealthy person would get my kidney through pretending it is all about ETs if they had a problem...
Nobody says that, in the current time, the own miserable do not spend decades stealing ideas from illegally enslaved brains that they claim to be insane or possessed and things like that.
The perpetrators or monsters do not have to be wealthy, they just have to have the mind of the bad people, which is pretty much that we are all here to serve them and, in general, why law, what law?
